4. Products and Orders

• All products are sold in predefined packages.
• Product information is accurate to the best of our knowledge but subject to availability.
• Orders are accepted at our discretion and may be canceled with or without cause.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in BDT and inclusive of applicable VAT (if any). Payments must be completed via supported gateways. The company reserves the right to update pricing, offers, or discounts at any time.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on location and logistics availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

7. No Return or Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of fixed package bundling, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted except in extreme cases (e.g., damaged, expired, or missing items) verified by our team. Any exceptions are solely at the Company's discretion.

8. Triobar Program

Triobar is an optional promotional feature that may offer bonus benefits to users based on successful referral activity. However, participation is voluntary and does not create any legal right or entitlement.

9. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any law of Bangladesh.
• Infringe on intellectual property.
• Attempt to hack, copy, reverse engineer, or damage the platform.
• Misuse referral or bonus systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, Trioxen Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business interruption arising from use of its platform or services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trioxen Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and media are the property of Trioxen Limited. No part of the platform may be reused without express written permission.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
